Charlie’s Twitter message the day after Halloween:

last night was awesoem!
I went as an officer from
DCFS
(child protection srvc)
because that’s about as sane as these inept and retarded
doosh bags seem when dealing with my sons bob and max.
it’s an abhorrent dick dance that has NOTHING to do protecting any child.
instead they are swayed by the evil and pathetic über loser
whore that calls herself Brooke.
there will be a reckoning.
there will be a whirlwind,
that they will all reap while
desperate begging for my forgiveness.
you’ve all been warned.

Hey, Charlie, you misspelled “awesome” and “douchebags,” so at least you got that going for you, “über loser.”

Publicly calling your ex-wife a “whore”? When you’re kinda notorious for screwing prostitutes and porn starlets less than half your age?

Really mature, Charlie. Really grown-up.

But what the heck, huh? You’re rich and famous and you’ve been rich and famous forever, and so you’re entitled to treat other people like dirt and never be held accountable for all your bogus bullshit.

Just don’t be surprised that when you’re old and ugly and broke, nobody is gonna love you anymore, and you’ll die alone.

Charlie Sheen got $25 million for being fired, PLUS he retains his “piece” of the syndication rights for the years of the show in which he starred. He’s not likely to run out of money anytime soon. Neither does loneliness appear to be an impending problem, unless you wax poetic about the emptiness of being surrounded by beautiful young women who want to sleep with you.

And you see “ugly” in HIS future? Right.

I have no idea what is going on with his kids, but I can speak to the mess you will find yourself in if your kids get entangled with CPS. They are as lawless as they come, and they don’t hesitate to deny you due process, or perjure themselves to reach their goal of continuing to exist. I beat the state of Georgia, but I’m a quarter million poorer for it, and we caught the case worker in perjury.

In Georgia, the caseworker is not liable to criminal charges. They have killed kids by negligence that surpasses criminal, yet the only thing that can be done to them is fire them. Our caseworker was fired, but we are still dealing with the kids problems from the trauma almost 10 years after they were kidnapped by Georgia DFACS. Sonny Perdue refused to even try to reign in that lawless bunch. To the best of knowledge, they are no better now.

Charlie Sheen has demonstrated his usual level of class.

However, agree with the assessment of the Child Protective Services racket.

Yes, it is a racket, and it is astonishingly anti-Constitutional. Face accusers? Rules of evidence? Any semblance of fair trials?

I had a member of my family entangled in a CPS case, it makes me sound like a wild-eyed crazy person when I talk about it. It is like the East German Stasi. That is no exaggeration.

In a divorce, the parties are often at odds over everything. CPS gives the power of the state to an anonymous reporter. Think that it is ripe for abuse? It sure is. Make a false charge, and it is necessary for the accused to prove innocence. Yes, it is anti-Constitutional.

So whatever else about Charlie Sheen, could he be a victim here? Yes, I believe it. An all powerful, unaccountable bureaucrat, often with just an undergraduate sociology degree can break families apart. My attorney used to do CPS cases as volunteer work while in law school. He had a case with a false accusation, a girl taken away from her parent and stuck in a foster home where she was raped.

Supposedly this is “for the children.”

He won’t do CPS cases any more, ever, for any amount of money.

CPS are mostly bottom feeders who work there just to have a job. That is one place where conservative me wouldn’t mind paying more taxes to get good people to take the the job.
